We provide a wide range of mobile services at the client’s chosen location within our service areas, found in the footer across our website. Services are subject to availability.
3. Bookings

Appointments can be requested online, by phone, email, or social media.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit of typically 50% of treatment cost may be required to secure your appointment.

Full payment is due immediately after the service unless agreed otherwise.

We accept payments via cash/bank transfer/and web payment methods subject to service type.

Deposits are non-refundable except where cancellation is made by us. and we are unable to offer a rescheduled appointment.
5. Client Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled without charge.

Cancellations within 24–48 hours may result in loss of deposit.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full service amount.

In special circumstances, if the above occurs, we may transfer any deposit paid to be used towards other services available on the website, excluding subscriptions, packages, or price plans.

We reserve the right to alter terms, cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy before treatment

Ensure children and pets are supervised during the appointment
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information.

We are not liable for adverse reactions where medical or allergy information has not been disclosed.
8. Late Arrivals

If a client is late, treatment time may be shortened.

Excessive delays may result in cancellation and charges may still apply.
9. Travel Charges
Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside our standard service area. Any charges will be communicated before confirmation of booking.
10. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos, all mobile services for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels. You may withdraw consent at any time.
