Phone consultation We will find out a little about you and your requirements and get a feel of fragrance profiles your drawn towards bringing them to the top of the list for your first fragrance blend workshop session. Deposits will be taken at this stage to continue on with your scenting journey. 2. Frist fragrance blend experience  With an unbias selection of scents you will begin blending a combination of  2-3 fragrance oil bases using a perfume tester card and record each blend on a formulation sheet  to ensure you keep track of each combination and perfume tester card. We will allow as much time needed (within moderation) for you to create as many combinations until your happy with your first blends. You will then make up 3 each of your favourite blend combinations in 5ml sample spray / oil roller bottles to keep and give feedback at your next scheduled appointment. During this session i will take notes of wedding theme details to draft label designs, leaving you to start thinking of your unique blend name! *Please note all fragrances oil identities, corresponding formulars and paper work  will be concealed due to regulatory copy right laws and assessor regulations of all cosmetic product safety reports obtained for hidden Beauty's use only.  3.Feed back phone call You will confirm your blend or alternately arrange for a second blend session to fine tune your desired fragrance, by this time you would of notified me of a product fragrance name and i will have send a draft of your label design to await approval or alterations needed via this phone call. 4. Second session This will either be a fine tuning fragrance workshop and/or finalisations of blend name, colour shade, font and positioning of label design. 5. Signing off & Legal paper work. * please note this process could take up to 8 - 12 weeks for paper work to be returned, depending on time of year. planning ahead is essential, as Hidden Beauty is legally responsible to ensure all requirement's and regulations are adhered to. Upon a successful second session visit, i will send your fragrance blend off to my formally used cosmetic perfume supplier for testing. Once Hidden beauty's legal documents are received i will send information off to my cosmetic assessor to update my existing relevant cosmetic product safety reports needed to formulate your products and  complete legally compliant product labels. Upon completion i will create a final completed copy of your product label upload to the government cosmetic portal data base and created legally required product information file. *Please note although Hidden Beauty is the legal manufacture and is obligated to comply with set rules and regulations, we vows this blend and its name will be exclusive to persons whom have purchased the service and will not be manufactured or made accessible to members of the public. signed form will presented stating the above at time of delivery 6.Delivery of products Next up is formulating, conducting stability testing with your new blends in our hand made pre assessed bases and most important giving your blend and cosmetic time to marinate ready to package and delivery by discussed date. *please note this time can vary depending on product choice.
